All materials and photos must be your own and not subject to copyright restrictions.

By submitting your materials and photos you are giving the company permission to copy and reproduce them for the purpose of advertising on the company website and other company publications.

By submitting your information, you are agreeing to have your information listed in our directory.

Any materials sent to the company for publication may be altered by the company to make them fit into the space available or to correct a mistake etc.

The company will endeavor to reproduce your material as close as possible to your original material sent to us but accept no responsibility for any errors that may occur.

It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check the website for any errors and inform the company by email or in writing so that the mistake can be rectified.

All listings requiring payment must be paid for before the listing will appear.

Free listings will appear subject to space being available to list them.

Free listings can be submitted by anyone. If you find your B&B / hotel has been submitted without your consent and would like it altering or removing, please inform the company using the "Your comments" form.

The company reserves the right to refuse to list any material it considers to be inapropriate.

These terms and conditions may be altered at any time by the company without prior notice.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful for any reason, then only that part of the terms and conditions will be unenforceable and all other terms and conditions will remain in force.
