How to send photos

If you aren't sure how to email photos, then this should help

First you must have the photos in a file on your computer.

If you are loading photos specially for sending to us, then you should start a new folder and name it B&B GB and load all the photos into this file.

Make sure you know where this file is or you may have problems finding your photos again. Check the path from your "C" drive to where you have stored it.

When saving the photos, make sure you save them as jpeg and if necessary re-size them to no bigger than 10cm X 12cm. approx

The reason for this is so that they will send by email quickly.

If they are too big they could take a long time to send or they might not send at all.

When sending your email, please remember to put the name and address of your B&B on it so that we know which listing to put the photos on.

At the top of the email you will see a link labeled "Attach"

Click on that link and then click on "File", you will see a box with the word "Browse" next to it.

Click on "Browse" and go to the file you stored the photos in. Click on a photo and each time you will be taken back to the box with the word "Browse" next to it.

Near this you will see a link labeled "Attach or OK" and one labeled "Attach another".

If you are just sending one photo just click "Attach or OK".

If you are sending more than one photo click on "Attach another" and then Browse and so on.

When you get to your last photo click on "Attach or OK" and you will be taken back to the email you wrote.

Make sure you have entered our email address bandbgb@msn.com and press "send"

Sending photos by post

If you have problems sending photos or you dont have a digital camera then post the photos to us. (If you enclose a SAE we will return them to you after uploading them onto the website)
